Processing some of our meat

Butchered some roosters and a sow and this is me just breaking down the meat and trying to use all I can. I ground the pork for sausage; Breakfast, brats, and more boudin. I also roasted the pork bones and will be making broth with em and getting all the meat and I also did that with the chicken carcasses as well. I actually got 2.5 gallons of chicken stock.
