In Part 2 of this series, we finish taking a look at some of the more "high" security American style restraints that can be used to illegally detain someone.

And yeah, we know the audio isn't great; we've done the best we could in post production. Filming and recording in a CONEX box in the middle of nowhere isn't exactly conducive to a super high-speed setup.
