Consider me impressed again! The Traxxas HOSS definitely delivers some great handling and flies through the air really well...and it STICKS the landing. The suspension handles better than the MAXX in my opinion. My MAXX would take a landing on all 4 and bounce it onto it's lid. It was so frustrating to run. This was completely awesome with one BIG CAVEAT....the Traxxas battery tray/latch.

I thought it was a great snug fit for my 3s battery, but it kept ejecting it. It's not a safe design and could lead to a Lipo fire if the battery gets cut while flying around under the body or when it hits the ground. I refuse to run mine after it happened to me 3-4 more times the next bash (which I called quits on after 6 minutes for safety reasons.)

I've got the Pure-Tech Xtreme Quick Mount (Large) ordered to fix this problem.
