Ever feel defeated? Feel like you can't change your life? YOU CAN. Follow me along on my journey to run my first race EVER. As a legally disabled person with a hip replacement and two ankles that need to be fused, THIS WAS SUCH A CHALLENGE FOR ME.

I decided to change my life in December 2020 when I embarked on my journey of walking 10,000 steps/day. I have since walked 10k or more steps per day for 221 days in a row which is what helped prepare me to run the half marathon in San Diego on July 18, 2021.

We all feel defeat. We all feel heartbreak. We all feel lost.

And we can all choose to bottle up those hard moments and break them to free ourselves to become the best version of ourselves.

Thank you for joining me along in this journey. I hope it helps other people out there who are hurting as well.

YOU CAN ALWAYS BECOME A BETTER VERSION OF YOU.
