Found Somebody's $1200 Clock He Got For His 25th Work Anniversary -Let's Fix It! Amateur Repair Time

I found this old clock with a plaque on it, that some guy got for his 25th work anniversary... and then tried to figure out who he was, and tried to fix the clock. This is a 1978 Seth Thomas Legacy Key Wound Strike and Westminster Chime clock with a Hermle movement in it.
