Floating feces at Indianapolis apartment complex results in health citation

Renters at a south side apartment complex are fed up with raw sewage and faulty waste pipes, a problem they say is putting children at risk. The Marion County Public Health Department cited Bradford Lake apartments on October 30 for two violations-- sewage in a common area, as well as leaking waste pipes.
