An American soldier holding a Chinese flag during Chinese dictator Xi Jinping’s visit to San Francisco, CA is not a new practice. This video upset many on social media, however, Biden isn't the only U.S. President to engage in this practice. Biden simply followed the practice used by other U.S. Presidents including:
