The dog found nearly frozen to death before last Christmas just conquered cancer

41 Action News first introduced you to Caesar just days before Christmas 2016. He was found alone, frozen and malnourished. And, for the past four months, Caesar has undergone chemotherapy to fight cancer. Dr. Jeff Dennis said that as of Thursday, Caesar's cancer is in remission and he is a happier dog.
