Being 'lighter' has nothing to do with weigh loss. It is the frequencies that rise that make you lighter. Even though this video starts you out with leaving beef behind, the heavy density foods, consider seriously by removing all animal flesh as they are ALL saturated with dark energy of pain and suffering frequencies.

Soup has been a big one for me over the past 5 years already. No animal flesh for over 10 years....around 15 years. Best decision I made a long time ago.

If you are also looking to actually loose some weight, I would like to suggest introducing cayenne pepper into your diet. I started cayenne pepper for heart/vascular/circulation benefits but a by-product of taking cayenne pepper was weight lose. I wasn't looking to loose weight even though it was a good idea to do so. I started the cayenne pepper a couple of months ago and I am down at least 10 lbs...(not paying attention) but my clothes have need altering due to the inch loss and I didn't change what I was eating. How does it work? It revs up your metabolism.

Now, work up to this level...don't start yourself at the full 1 tsp as it maybe quite unpleasant. Start maybe with 1/4 tsp....see how that goes. Go from there. You should get a little pink faced, a warming sensation but don't blast your socks off by overdoing it.

1 tsp of high quality cayenne pepper powder(I grow my own and process to powder with also tincture still infusing) in 1/4 warmed up water 3X a day after meals. THATS IT.
