We don’t want to burn bridges with anyone – Putin

While delivering a speech at the International Cultural Forum in St.Petersburg, Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that his country doesn’t wish to break ties with anyone, and that 'creating a wall’ with Russia would be not in favor of others.
