Ingredients:
90 g rolled oats
150 ml milk/ plant milk
1 medium egg/or vegan substitute
1 medium ripe banana
1 small carrot
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 medium apple
bake 28-30 minutes at 180°C
