The UK's Supreme Court this week ruled that the UK Government's Rwanda asylum policy is unlawful.
The UK government said the policy was supposed to deter people from crossing the English Channel in small boats.
Prime Minister Rishi Sunak told MPs that the government was prepared to change the law to ensure the policy went ahead.
BBC's Sofia Bettiza travelled to Dunkirk to speak to migrants hoping to reach Britain.
