How about our caramel brownies on Christmas Eve? Here's a simple recipe you can use to surprise the brownies yourself. Everything you need is in this video.

Ingredients and recipe:

Moist brownies:
200g dark chocolate.
150g butter.
Melt in the microwave or steam bath.
Stir until the mixture is smooth.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
3 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
200g sugar.
Beat until mixture is smooth, about 2 minutes.
Add the chocolate and butter.
100g flour.
50g cocoa powder.
100 g roasted walnuts.
Baking tray 20*20 cm (8*8 inches).
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
Let cool down.
Divide into 6 pieces.
Form a base for the cone.
Press a hole in it.
Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
6 tablespoons caramel sauce.
Garnish with dry chocolate breakfast cereal.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
