Drinking Ozonated Water the Right Way (6 Tips)

Here is how you make sure that you drink ozonated water the right to get the most out of it and to not hurt yourself:

1. Hold your breath while you drink it to avoid inhaling the ozone gas which collects on the surface.

2. Drink it on an empty stomach: so either first thing in the morning, or at least 3 hours after you ate

3. After you drank the ozonated water, wait at least 15 minutes.

4. Drink it within the first minutes after ozonating to get the most out of it. Don’t store the water. You can, but I don’t think it’s the optimal way to go about it.

5. Drink it cold, as cold as you can take it without getting a brain freeze. So either put a few ice cubes into the water or do a 50/50 mix out of refrigerated and ambient temperature water.

6. Drink mineral poor water: either distilled, bi-distilled, or reverse osmosis filtered water.
