Dana White is the blueprint for how to be a successful CEO/Leader in the modern day. If there were more unashamedly authentic personalities leading the charge, the societal fear of cancellation wouldn't be so pervasive.

After UFC 295, Dana went on the Theo Von podcast @TheoVon and relayed a story of how he dealt with a sponsor who was none to happy with him fraternizing with the former (and future) President of the United States. His affiliation with Donald J. Trump has no bearing on his ability to be the President of the UFC and White relayed those sentiments to said big money sponsor in a simple message: F*** you.

Man up, the world needs it.
