As part of Doctor Who's 60th Anniversary, the show's second serial "The Daleks" will be airing once again but this time in colour.

Having looked at all the images provided to us by the BBC, I have to say that this looks very special.

However, I am afraid that due to the shortened runtime, key parts of the iconic story will be cut out and as a result, the whole plot will feel a little bit stitched together.

Nonetheless, to be able to finally watch an official colourised William Hartnell story has me excited beyond belief.
