Nails found in Neenah trick-or-treat candy bars

A scary situation has caused alarm for parents in Neenah after Halloween trick-or-treating.  On Tuesday evening, around 7 p.m., Neenah Police responded to the 400 block of S. Lake Street. A mother told officers she found nails in her 11-year-old son's Halloween candy.
