When should you end the relationship?

I know, it's a sensitive subject, relationships, but we have to address the real issues sooner or later.
Everybody has highs and lows in their individual relationships, but there are times that we must dry the line, when one partner crosses it.
But that line is, and may be different for everyone. So, what is your line?
