The Spiced Apple Fix- Apple Pie in a Glass!

Today we are doing one of my favorite Fall/Winter cocktails, called the Spiced Apple Fix. This is drink was invented by Leandro DiMonriva of t6he Educated Barfly Channel. It is absolutely delicious and tastes like apple pie in a glass!

Spiced Apple Fix
1oz Lemon Juice
1/2oz Spiced Apple Syrup(Liquid Alchemist)
1/4-1/2oz Cinnamon Syrup(2:1) I prefer 1/2oz for a sweeter cocktail
2oz AppleJack(Lairds 86)

Build all ingredients in a shaker tin. Add a small amount of crushed ice and whip shake until most of the ice has melted. Pour unrestrained into an old fashioned glass and fill the rest of the way with crushed ice. Garnish with an apple fan.
