DPS put up drones to capture the cartel action right on the rivers edge. What they found was CDN cartel vs CDG cartel. (Cartel del Golfo = Gulf cartel or CDG)

The city of Los Guerra just on the other side of the border in Mexico, is controlled by CDN cartel but the CDG cartel is taking control of Los Guerra.
