Police bodycam video shows intense moments after Indiana officer crashes into van of man who kidnapped 2-year-old

Bodycam videos shows the tense moments surrounding the arrest of a man accused of abducting his 2-year-old daughter and leading police on a multi-state chase that ended in Indiana. After police laid down stop sticks, they were finally able to stop the van near Lafayette and an officer ran into the side of it so Brown couldn’t drive away again. Officers can be heard yelling “Get out of the car, get your hands up” before Brown put a knife to the 2-year-old’s throat.
