Man shot, killed while driving in rush hour in Detroit

Harvey Hollins, the man Gov. Snyder Detroit police are investigating after a man was shot down while driving during rush hour this morning.  Officers were called to the service drive of the Lodge near 8 Mile where they found a vehicle riddled with bullets and a man inside.
