11/16/23 card: challenges

Any 12-step followers will recognize hints of steps 3 and 11 in today’s card: 3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him. 11. Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out. Challenges that involve things we have no personal control over provide an opportunity to “let go, let God.” Challenges that require our action are an opportunity to get quiet and seek out “His will.”
