मावा के गुलाब जामुन बनाने का आसान तरीका | Gulab Jamun Receipe in Hindi | Mawa Gulab Jamun | Sweet
Makes 35-50 Gulab jamuns
Total Time taken 40 mins
Ingredients:
• 500 gm khoya(Mawa)
• 500 gm Sugar
• 5 tbsp all purpose flour (Maida)
• 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
• Water
Making Sugar Syrup
1. Put the pan on fire and add 3 cups of water to it.
2. Add 500 gms of sugar in water and stir on high flame until sugar dissolve completely.
3. Put the fire on low flame for next 4-5 minutes once the sugar solution is ready.
4. Put off the flame, cover the pan and keep it aside.
For Gulab jamun dough
1. Take 500 gm of khoya .
2. Add 5 tbsp of all purpose flour to it.
3. Mix it and knead it in dough.
4. Keep sprinkling little water while kneading to give it a soft and smooth texture.
5. Add 1 tsp of cardamom powder to the dough and knead it.
6. Take small portion of dough in your hand and make small balls.
Making Gulab Jamun
1. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
2. Put 4-5 balls in it and fry it on a low flame.
3. Keep flipping the balls very slowly until the color changes to golden brown.
4. Once the balls are ready, put them in sugar syrup solution. Make sure the sugar syrup solution is hot when you are putting the balls in it.
5. Keep flipping the balls in between in the syrup.
6. Let them soak for at least 30-40 mins.
7. Gulab Jamuns are ready to serve.
