Restricting army movement with terrain, elevation and vegetation

I didn't explain this in the video, but the reason that a function is used to determine the surface terrain of a tile is that it can be either the base terrain or the fluid terrain, depending on whether the fluid terrain is present.
Restricting army movement according to walking/swimming/flying mobility will probably make it very important to choose army composition based on unit mobility, since having only flying units will allow the army to fly, while adding a single walking unit to it will prevent it from flying.
