With this recipe you can bake beef ribs (but you can also use pork ribs) in the oven and get incredibly tasty, soft and falling apart meat. The recipe is quite simple (especially if you use store-bought barbecue sauce), and the result will exceed all your expectations. A homemade barbecue sauce recipe goes perfectly with these ribs, but if you don't have time, you can use your favorite supermarket sauce. Cooking with love! Cook with joy!

Ingredients and preparation:
2 kg beef ribs (or pork ribs)
3 teaspoons smoked paprika
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1.5 tablespoons dried onion
1.5-2 teaspoons of salt
2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Bake for 2.5-3 hours at 150С degrees
Bbq sauce:
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 teaspoons of vegetable oil
120ml water
120 ml apple cider vinegar
120g ketchup
70-100 g brown sugar (depending on the desired level of sweetness)
2 tablespoons hot mustard
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ -1 teaspoon chili powder

Potatoes:
6 potatoes
Salt
vegetable oil
Melt 20-30 g butter
1 clove of garlic
Salt
Black pepper
spring onions
dill
