IMPD chief to discuss Aaron Bailey investigation process

The chief of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Bryan Roach, will host a press conference to discuss the case of Aaron Bailey, the man shot and killed by police earlier this year. No charges will be filed against the two IMPD officers who shot Bailey.
