Meteorological Tsunami In Brazil or HAARP Induced Tsunami in Brazil?

The way that things are today do you ever feel like you missed some science or government classes in high school? Terms like atmospheric river and meteorological tsunami are to me, new words that have been invented in the last ten years or so. Now, are these things that have occurred throughout history, or have they just occurred since mankind has learned to control the weather? Could the names be new because the phenomenon is caused by new technology? Many things have changed since HAARP has come into existence and it seems that the weather dictionary will have to be appended or drastically rewritten. Back in 2017 the waters backed far out to sea off the coast of Brazil and Uruguay. At the same time the waves crashing against the shore in South Africa were towering and violent. Last week, again in Brazil there was a tsunami that washed cars and people out to sea but with no seismic event preceding it. Could it have been HAARP? What does HAARP do to the upper atmosphere? Has HAARP been behind all of the major earthquakes that have occurred the last couple of decades? Is it being used as a weapon? We’ll talk about such things this Thursday on Opposing The Matrix.
