What not to do with chin pps

The most common mistake I see with chin ups is the head being pulled forward to get over the bar. The upper traps and the deep cervical neck flexors have an antagonistic relationship. Pushing to get your head over the bar can make the upper traps synergistically dominant for the deep cervical neck flexors.

If posture looks ugly - it is ugly.
