The Washington Capitals became the first team to shut out the Vegas Golden Knights since the Colorado Avalanche back on February 27. Goaltender Charlie Lindgren stopped 35 shots for the shutout, and Dylan Strome continued to lead Capitals scorers with his 7th goal. Is Washington a legitimate threat in the Metropolitan Division?
