The UK Supreme Court has ruled the government'sRwanda asylum seeker scheme is unlawful.
The plan is designed to deter people crossing in smallboats across the Channel.
Once in Rwanda, people could claim asylum there,return home, or seek asylum in a third country - not the UK.
