Black Chamber of Commerce concerned about KCI project minority hiring

The Kan sas City Black Chamber of Commerce is raising the red flag about the proposed KCI single terminal project. They aren't happy with the number of minority businesses Edgemoor is promising to hire if voters approve the KCI project.
