Here I use the John Bedini method using an SCR diode and a neon lamp to trigger the SCR diode to fire the capacitor discharge into a charging battery once the voltage reaches near 100 volts inside the capacitor. This quickly pulse discharges and translates into the battery as real current storage.

The reason I know this really works and I'm charging for "free" is my special reactance limiter device, This plugs into the AC 60 hertz 110 volts mains electric company line.

Since we don't pay for voltage, That the electric company gives us for free. We pay for the current. So i'm all hung up on finding ways to utilize pure or as close to pure voltage as possible and limit the current usage.

As John Bedini stated in his videos, You end up with a different kind of energy. You can't run regular things directly off this "no" current radiant energy. But we can do many interesting things with it. Like drive high voltage ion drives, "electrostatic" machines, Even light up some neon and CFL bulbs very efficiently. But one of the most interesting things is the pure voltage pulse charging of batteries, It is my understanding that the batteries do some sort of negative resistance like effect inside the battery because this radiant discharge triggering chemical reaction. Not only does it recharge the battery and give you real current "Watts" output out of the deal for free. But these pulses also desulfate the batteries restoring them to near new condition every time. So you don't end up loosing efficiently after every charge "memory" like we do using traditional current charging.

I know this works because my box limits the current, Because of design there is no bypassing this fact, The magic happens "inside" the battery. And I figured out how to use the electric company's voltage as a trigger for free charging of these batteries. So yeah free energy if I don't have to pay for it.
