Restoring battery from 110 volts AC input

Here I built a powerful device that uses the reactance of the high voltage 1uf microwave capacitor to limit my AC current to around 50ma. This allows me to plug this device directly into house mains AC line carefully. No transformer method.

A small rectifier like device inside without a filter cap filters out the negative half part of the AC cycle. We want pulse charging for the pulse charging benefits inside the battery a chemical reaction to this high voltage low current 60 hertz positive pulse.

The battery quickly restores without "current"
