*NEW* Character Inbound: IG-12 & Grogu | Developers Insights | Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes

We were teased this character a while back and now he’s finally here, Grogu in the IG-12 skeleton! He will be only a Marquee character (event launching Thursday as always) and he is a requirement for the new Bo-Katan coming soon.

They have him as a healer which seems weird to me considering he was a support/attacker to Mando when he was in this “suit”.

Also, it looks like there will never be a stand alone Grogu in the game and this is essentially it. They say this because he’s “too small” to allow for players on the attacking side to be able to select him.

One final note: Grogu is like a 3PO or Wat Tambor: when there are no remaining teammates, he just escapes battle.
