The key component of it all is to have the following items done consistently for 21 to 90 days:
* At least 30 minutes of Exercise a day: which can be any form of exercise.
* At least 10 minutes of meditation: I will be doing my mindfulness in the 5 daily Islamic Prayers.
* No alcohol or drugs: This part is easy because I already don't do these activities.
And other self-defined variables:
* 2 hours of my volunteer work.
* Bug bounty full-time work.
* Video Journals: What you're watching.
