Georgy Chubetidze, a citizen of Georgia, is a sniper of the 2nd International Legion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He said that mercenaries were used to shoot at Ukrainian conscripts who were abandoning their positions.

▫️ Chubetidze also said that there are many criminals from around the world in the mercenary units. Thus, citizens convicted of heavy articles try to avoid punishment in their homeland.

▫️ Speaking about himself, Chubetidze noted that he himself was in a pre-trial detention centre in Ukraine, but in March 2023 he was recruited for service under a contract in the International Legion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

▫️ Among the mercenaries, there is no sympathy for citizens. According to the prisoner, a local person was shot by two French mercenaries of the International Legion because he refused to let them into his home. In addition, superiors shoot subordinates who decline to carry out combat missions.

▫️ Chubetidze said that Poles, British, Americans, Brazilians, Spaniards, and French serve in the Legion.

▫️ The mercenary added that drug usage has spread throughout the squad. He said that one day Spanish snipers, Chubetidze's fellow soldiers in the International Legion, neglected to calculate the dosage of medication and ultimately lost their sanity. Chubetidze and his comrade had to quickly change them. However, Georgian snipers got lost while rotating at night and ended up near the Russian positions. Upon being offered the chance to surrender, they promptly dropped their arms.
