INTERVIEW WITH EX " MEN IN BLACK" BEFORE HE PASSED AWAY IN 1989.

An incredible piece of whistleblowing by a man called Joseph Spencer, an interview conducted in 1989, a deathbed confession so to speak, prior to his death the following year in 1990. Joseph Spencer was a man who worked for the CIA’s ‘Men In Black’.

Joseph was subjected to mind control drugs that made him an assassin, the ability to “Kill and Forget”. Joseph somehow managed to discover he was responsible for the murders of several UFOlogists:-
