Today's Halloween high in Bakersfield will be 71° with that temperature hitting about 4 p.m. So for our trick-or-treaters, expect it to fall to 67° degrees in the Valley at 6 p.m. as the sun sets, with a temperatures of 64° in the darkness at 7 p.m. and quickly falling to 61° by 8 p.m. For our friends in the mountains, the Kern River Valley can expect a high of 70° with a temperature of 65° by 6 p.m. and falling to 58° by 8 p.m. Tehachapi and Frazier Park kids will need to pair a coat with their costumes, as a high of 66° this afternoon allows them to quickly drop to 59° by 6 p.m. and just 51° by 8 p.m.!
