TOS-1A Solntsepyok flamethrowers destroy fortified strongholds and dugout

Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Protection Troops of the Zapad Group of Forces mark their professional day on front line

Every day, TOS-1A Solntsepyok flamethrowers destroy fortified strongholds and dugouts, inflict fire damage on manpower and armoured vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kupyansk direction.

There are 24 thermobaric shells in one load. They are capable of covering an area of up to 40,000 square metres. Through a complex combination of shrapnel, high temperature and increased pressure, the enemy is defeated.

The enemy panics and fears the Solntsepyok, literally like fire. A serviceman with the call sign Ural reported that his company equipped with this heavy flamethrower knocked out enemy equipment, destroyed dozens of strongholds, repelled breakthroughs and counter-offensives, and covered our servicemen as they regrouped.

🎖 For the courage and heroism shown in the tasks of the special military operation, Ural was awarded the title of Hero of the Russian Federation.
