Altgens 7 Solved: Two Alterations Were Made To Hide One Motorcycle Officer

When I made my Big Chaney Video I was still baffled and befuddled by the helmet and shadow alterations, not know exactly what was indicated. Now I know that both alterations hide Officer Chaney. And the reason I know is because of one wacky version of the photo which appeared in a Chicago newspaper.
