Today will be a cool, but dry Halloween with breaks of sun. Highs will only be around 40, but again, at least it will be dry. Skies will gradually become mostly cloudy, but the wind will be dying down. Overnight lows will be in the mid-20s. A system will be approaching the area for Wednesday giving us the chance at some afternoon rain. Way off to the northwest, this could mix with a little snow with some light accumulation possible. The winds will be picking up as well with highs in the mid-40s. Rain looks to roll through the area on Wednesday night. In the evening, there could be some snow that mixes in well off to the northwest with some light accumulation possible, around 1". Again, most of us will keep this as rain. There's a chance of a little light rain, mainly in the morning on Thursday, but it won't be quite as cool with highs near 50. Another system may affect us as with some rain, possibly mixing with some snow on the onset as we head into the upcoming weekend.
