China's Xi arrives in California for Biden meet, summit

Chinese President Xi Jinping began his first visit to the United States in six years on Tuesday (November 14). He was met by U.S. officials who were waiting on the tarmac, including Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and U.S. Ambassador to China Nicholas Burns.
