Neste Combinações do Alberto, carreguei os mods Hellrider (Endie), Silent Hill Monster Pack (Unregret), As The Destroyer Gather (Obsidian), Nash's Gore Mod (Nash Muhandes), Universal Weapon Sway (Boondorl), Bloom Boost (Pixel Eater), Creepyfied Textures (Craneo), Alternate Dark Ambient Music Pack (Doomenator & Blackmore1014), DarkDoomZ (Caligari87), SpawnProps (Dr_Cosmobyte) e Universal Rain and Snow (Boondorl).
