Ken Cuccinelli says federal government should reimburse states for defending the border

Former Attorney General of Virginia Ken Cuccinelli joins John Solomon and Amanda Head on Just The News No Noise saying the federal government should reimburse individual states for their efforts in defending the border. Cuccinelli called it "extraordinary" that the government would ask the states to take this federal task.
