Otis Hydraulic Ballroom Elevator @ Crowne Plaza Desmond Hotel - Albany, New York

Recorded on 11/10/23. This hotel was rebranded as the Crowne Plaza Desmond Hotel back in 2020. IHG has owned this hotel for a while before hand. This hotel did get renovated. All of the elevators here received a cab renovation, but not a full modernization. For some of the elevators here, this is disappointing, but for others, it's a nice improvement. This elevator is a case where the renovation made a nice improvement. However, there is still no phone?! This elevator runs good though.
