Workers at two Detroit restaurants diagnosed with Hepatitis A

The Detroit Health Department is investigating two separate cases of Hepatitis A, connected to two restaurants in the city. The first cast is connected to a Detroit resident who works at the Firewater Bar and Grill on E. Milwaukee. The second is related to a Detroit resident who works as a crew member at the Little Caesars Pizza on Fenkell and Meyers.
