Cookies and Cream Pound Cake

Cake:

1/2 cup butter flavor shortening
2 sticks soften butter
8 oz soften cream cheese
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups cake flour
1 cup half n half
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract

Icing:
1 1/2 cup powder sugar
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp
