Is this ceramic IC Beryllium Oxide (BeO)...?

Repairing a Racal-Dana 9900, I had to check whether the Ferranti 22-4601 ceramic IC was made from Beryllium Oxide or not.
BeO is a toxic and dangerous substance in dust form........and I was filing it down!
I checked the tester using a real diamond and it worked, so tested the ceramic IC.
