Tune in With Chewie is the project of multi-instrumentalist and sound designer Nestor Estrada. Inspired by his all-time favorite series, Souls & Chill is a love letter to the music of FromSoftware’s dark and unforgiving role-playing games. From the genre-defining Demon’s Souls for PlayStation 3, through 2022’s Game of the Year award winner Elden Ring, Souls & Chill features 13 tracks from across the history of the “Soulslike” genre.

Souls & Chill showcases haunting main themes, epic boss battles, and tranquil moments alike, all captured in Chewie’s signature downtempo style. Building detailed soundscapes, Chewie’s guitar performance and sound design chops take center stage amidst atmospheric keys, low-key beats, and live orchestral strings. The tracklist highlights fan-favorites from Dark Souls, Dark Souls 2, Dark Souls 3, Demon’s Souls, Bloodborne, and Elden Ring. Featured composers include Tsukasa Saitoh, Motoi Sakuraba, Ryan Amon, Tai Tomisawa, Shunseku Kida, and Yuka Kitamura.

Souls & Chill is out now on all online stores and streaming platforms!
